Don’s talent finds himself at the potters wheel experimenting with form and shape. Experimenting in the late 70’s with ceramics with low fire preforms, he wanted to find an area to explore in a more creative field. Throwing on the wheel allows him a creative outlet for his expression of his choice. Being a printer and graphic designer by trade, color and shades were important aspects of his artistic expressions. This lead him to experiment with glaze and colors he could achieve in the world of pottery. His plans for experimentation in raku and crystal glazes should bring a fresh supply of artistic pottery to share with others.
