I am a self taught photographer exhibiting at art festivals and through galleries since 1979. The primary focus of my work is the European scene, recorded on both color and black & white
materials. All of the photographs that I show are made by myself, one at a time. I am a believer in the “hand made” photograph.
I wish to discuss, photographically, the artifacts of Western Civilization. My work is also in part documentary, since a good deal of what is unique in our civilization is being lost to a homogenization of culture. McWorld is more efficient, but cultural differences disappear rapidly under its advance. It is well to have a view of the way it was before.
